Scholarships have varying documentation requirements; however, these are the most typical ones:

  • Transcripts and academic credentials for the scholarship application
  • English Language Competency Documentation (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.)
  • Letters of Recommendation
  • Sample Cover Letter or Statement of Purpose Curriculum Vitae and Medical Certificate
  • While not every scholarship will require the same materials, once you have gathered the ones that do, you’ll be ready to apply for any of them.

Please note that all application materials must be sent in either English, certified translation, or the applicant’s native language.

I need help writing my statement; what should I include?

It would help if you highlight your academic accomplishments, extracurricular involvement, and interests in your statement (e.g., volunteering and sports). You should also include some justification for your interest in the program and institution.

If you find yourself stuck on writing your statement or coming up with ideas, don’t worry! Get in touch with us via one of the channels below, and we’ll send you some examples to study.

In what ways may I receive a letter of recommendation or reference?

You are responsible for asking a teacher or professor for a reference letter, and that person must sign it. It would be great if they could also get a school or university stamp for your letter.

The university may need to contact the professor, so provide his contact information.

My educator struggles with the standard letter of recommendation format. I’m not sure what to do next.

If your instructor is unwilling to sign it, you can type it up in Microsoft Word on your own time, print it out, and then have them sign it.

If you have trouble with the form and need samples to study, please contact us through one of the channels provided below.
